The last few months have been a bit of a whirlwind for us. Gonna toot our own horn here and tell you that we have had some major press for The Noble Paperie (head on over to Press + Praise for the most recent list) over the last few months.

Our most recent feature was on the Misses Ambitious podcast, which was such a joy to be a part of. Not only are Kiley and Blaine two of the nicest human-beings and #MagicalUnicornLadyBoss(es) on the planet, but they host a seriously impactful and inspirational podcast. And I’m not just saying that because I was a guest! I have been an avid listener for a while now, and specifically loved the episode with Brittany Luiz. Brittany is the brand ambassador for Tombo Pens USA (shout out to all the hand lettering fans out there!). She runs the Instagram account for Tombo and spoke in-depth about the social media strategy she uses. Seriously, the episode is worth a listen if you’re trying to grow your social media presence.

That Misses Ambitious episode inspired me to reassess my own social media strategy, especially on Instagram. Changing it up on social media isn’t just about changing the filter we’re using or including more diverse hashtags. It’s a bigger conversation about content, about finding your own voice, and what you’re bringing to the table as a brand. In this day and age, it’s kind of a big deal. Which is why a new social media strategy is one of my main goals for The Noble Paperie in 2018.

Now goals, goals are the real reason for this end-of-year blog post. While I’m reflecting on what was fantastic about this year for The Noble Paperie, I also want to think about what we can change, what can we improve upon, and how we can grow this business. For the first time in our almost two-years in operation, I’m finally setting some serious business goals. And while I was thinking about these goals, I thought about how I wanted to capture them. I want to be able to visually see how I’m tracking throughout the year and making progress on these goals, so I designed a goal-setting sheet!

And if I’m spilling the beans on what some of our goals are for The Noble Paperie, another one is giving back to the community that has been so supportive the last two years. So, to start this goal of giving back, we’re starting right now by offering this goal setting sheet as a free digital download that you can print yourself—no strings attached!

That’s right. There’s no need to sign up for an email list. I don’t need you to follow me and four other accounts on Instagram (Though let’s be real, I would love if you wanted to be friends on Instagram). I don't even need you to leave a comment here. And I wasn’t joking, it’s completely free.

Happy goal-setting, friends! We would love to hear what your thoughts are here, or even drop us a line on social media. If you want to share your goals on our fancy Goal Setting Sheet, use the hashtag #SomeNobleGoals and we will take a look!

Wishing you all a lovely holiday season and a safe and prosperous New Year!
