Kate is the Founder + Creative Director of The Noble Paperie, based in San Diego, California. She started designing cards in 2016 after 2 miscarriages and a traumatic pregnancy which included 40+ days of hospitalized bedrest, an emergency C-section, and a 34 day stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The Noble Paperie was born in 2016, during her maternity leave and battle with postpartum depression. Kate’s dedication to The Noble Paperie is in honor of the 2 babies she lost, as well as her 2 earth-side children who continue to inspire her. The Noble Paperie cards have been featured on numerous news sites including CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Buzzfeed, and more.
